Follow these simple steps to open your trading account and start your investment journey with us.

Step 1: Start Application

Visit the CGSI account opening portal to begin your application.

Step 2: Remiser Reference

Enter the Remiser Reference code when prompted.

Step 3: Complete e-Form

Upload the required documents in softcopy format:

  • Identity Card (IC front & back)
  • Latest Bank Statement (header with name & account number)
  • Income Statement (latest 3 months payslip or EA form)

Step 4: Complete EKYC

Follow the instructions to validate your identity via email and ID verification.

Step 5: Processing

Please allow 5 - 10 working days for processing. Check your email for the notification on successful account opening.

Step 6: Register Platform

Once approved, register your online trading ID.

Step 7: Link Account

Email Customer Service to link your new trading account.

Congratulations! You are now ready to start your trading journey.
